I firmly believe that calling a food choice "bad" severely limits our ability to thrive in a healthy, joyous, delicious relationship with the options of nourishment that surround us. My approach is unapologetic and life-affirming. New habits are experimented with in terms nourishment, flexibility and self-care rather than deprivation, denial, and self-doubt.
